I got a refurb dell mini9 with audio issues. The audio issues persist between multiple OSes. So for the past 3 hours I’ve been watching two dell technicians install, uninstall, remove partial and reinstall the audio drivers while I try to tell them it’s a hardware issue. I know why this machine was in the refurb store now. Why can’t I just carry this shit to a shop say “look?! I know what I’m talking about.” and have them repair it?
